Easing of the training clause
When an employee follows a specific training during his employment contract, the costs are charged to the employer. In case of a training clause the employee accepts to repay a part of the costs if he leaves the organization before the end of the agreed period.
Different conditions are attached to a training clause. One of these conditions falls out when the training relates to a shortage profession. A condition for a training clause is that the employee must earn a gross annual salary of more than 34.819 EUR. From November 10th, this condition is canceled when the training clause is linked to a training for a function that is recognized as a shortage profession or for a function that is difficult to fill in.
