The driving force behind Lindra is Karine Vandenplas, who has been building on an impressive track record as a Human Resources partner in various national and multinational companies since 1984. Her passion was – and still is – to streamline operational systems and processes to make sure financial and strategic objectives are achieved.


Time for HRDynamics…

In 2003, Karine set up her own company HRDynamics, relying on her HR expertise and experience to guide business managers and SMEs on a freelance basis. HRDynamics developed into a one-stop-shop for everything related to personnel and wages, including international employment. With a team of 5 permanent employees and an impressive customer portfolio, HRDynamics was quite a reference in the market.


Time for Lindra…

In April 2018, exactly 15 years after its establishment, HRDynamics was powerfully revamped with a new company name and modern look & feel. Lindra is Swedish for convenience and comfort for the customer and that is exactly what we are good at. Lindra literally and figuratively steps into your company to advise, encourage, optimize and digitalize. Your wage and personnel matters are in good hands with us. We work personally and flexibly, always.

Lindra likes to make time for business managers and companies who not only seek help for their payroll and personnel administration, but also a sparring partner who gives advice and helps thinking proactively. Our experts are highly familiar with the social legislation and keep close tabs on trends and evolutions in legislation. Lindra is available as from 1 hour per month.
